How To

1) Select Date Range

Enter the date range of the entries you want to appear on your report and then press the "NEXT" button.

If you enter an incorrect date you will receive and error message and be required to enter a valid date. If the account field is a drop down box you may select a different account to run the report against otherwise the report builder will use your primary account. If the account field is a static text box you do not have additional account information and will only have access to your primary account.


2) Select Report Fields

The Report Builder is a flexible tool that allows you to select only the fields you are interested in viewing. The Report Builder is seperated into two columns, the available fields and the fields you've selected. To add all the default fields click the "Use Default Fields >>>" button. To select individual fields highlight the field in the available column and then press the "Add >>" button. To remove a field from the selected fields column select the field and then press the "Remove <<" button. To reset the available and selected fields to the default state press the "Reset" button. Once you have all the fields selected that you want to appear on your report click the "SUBMIT" button.

3) View & Download Report

Once you have entered your desired date range and selected the fields you want to appear on your report you will receive an onscreen preview of the report. It will show all records matching the requested query. From here you can either use the back button to select a different set of fields or click the "download" button and open the report for printing/saving.

4) Save Excell Spreadsheet

The report will be opened into an excell spreadsheet where you can print and save the spreadsheet like you would a normal file on your harddrive. You may also use the dropdown filter boxes imbedded in the spreadsheet to view/sort your spreadsheet on any of the fields you selected. Once you are finished working with the spreadsheet you can use the browsers back button to return to the Report Builder.
