CHINA TARIFFS OVER 300 SECTION 301 TARIFF (LISTS 1 AND 2) EXCLUSIONS ARE SET TO EXPIRE SEPTEMBER 20th
The U.S. Trade Representative has published two notices on 9/17 that have granted extensions to some exclusions but many are set to expire 9/20/2020 the below exclusions will expire on 12/31/2020.

USTR Cancels 10% Section 232 Tariffs on Canadian-Origin Aluminum, Retroactive to September 1st
The Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR) released a statement today announcing that the Section 232 tariffs of 10% on Canadian-origin, non-alloyed, unwrought aluminum will be rescinded. Duty-free treatment of these goods will be retroactive to September 1, 2020.
