As of 04/25/20, many items from Thailand will NOT be eligible for GSP any longer.

CHINA TARIFF LIST 3 EXCLUSIONS GRANTED ON APRIL 23, 2020 EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 24, 2018 THROUGH AUGUST 7, 2020
On April 24, 2020 the USTR published (85 FR 23122) 107 List 3 exclusions. Click here for the comprehensive list of items. Tariff will be 9903.88.45 for the above exclusions. Western Overseas can assist with filing Post Summary Corrections or Protests on these tariffs where possible.
Some China Tariff exclusions are set to expire on June 4, 2020, please review the lists below to determine if your product is affected, you may wish to apply for an extension See 85 FR 16181 of March 20, 2020 for further information.
